Using Hive
You must provide accurate registration information and have authority to connect each account or data source. You are responsible for activity made through your Hive account and connected sources. You must be old enough to consent to data processing where you live.
Pilot release
Hive is offered as a limited pilot to a small group of testers. Features change often and can break or disappear without notice. Feedback you send can be used to improve Hive. Do not use the pilot as your only copy of anything important.
Service availability
Each account runs on a single server. Hive is provided on a best-effort basis with no availability guarantee, no service level, and planned or unplanned downtime. Recovery targets are goals, not guarantees.
Connected services
Google, Apple, Spotify, WHOOP, Hevy, and other connected services have their own terms and availability. Hive does not control those services. A provider can change or stop its API or authorization flow at any time.
Your instructions
Hive acts from the instructions and approvals that you provide. Review recipients, dates, amounts, bookings, and other important details before you approve an action. You remain responsible for actions completed on your behalf.
Acceptable use
Do not use Hive to break the law, access another person's data, bypass provider controls, distribute malware, interfere with the service, or harm another person.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content and data that you provide. You permit Hive and its service providers to process that content only as needed to operate the features that you request, secure the service, and meet legal duties.
No professional advice
Hive can make mistakes. Its output is not medical, legal, financial, tax, or emergency advice. Verify important information with a qualified person or the original source.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Hive and request account deletion at any time. Hive can suspend or end access that breaks these terms, risks the service or other users, or creates uncontrolled cost. Ending access does not by itself delete data; ask for deletion to remove data.
Disclaimer and liability
Hive is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, no warranties apply beyond what the law requires, and liability for losses from using Hive is excluded or limited to the maximum the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
Changes and contact
These terms can change when Hive's features or practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be announced in the app. For questions, contact [email protected].
